Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is possible more than 48 hours before midday on arrival day. There is a 30% deposit on booking which is non-refundable. The balance of 70% is due 48 hours before arrival and is taken automatically from the card you booked with. In extreme circumstances where you have to cancel and the stay is more than 14 days away we can offer a credit on the 30% deposit to be used against a future booking within 12 months of the initial booking arrival date.
